Ordering in the AP Shop is very simple. After you have put all the products you want in the shopping cart, go to the "Checkout" via the shopping cart area. As an existing customer you log in with your access data, as a new customer you can register or order as a guest customer. Afterwards, you will go through the ordering process in just a few steps.
Is a customer account necessary?
No, you do not need a customer account to buy products in the AP Shop. We offer orders without registering a customer account. You are welcome to create a customer account after the order process to make future order transactions easier.
Is it possible to order by phone?
Yes, ordering by phone is possible (for commercial customers), you can find the phone number on our contact page. You are also welcome to leave your phone number in the contact form if you would like us to call you back.
Can I also order by e-mail?
Yes, ordering by e-mail is possible (for commercial customers). You can find the e-mail address on our contact page.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.
Log in with your access data. In your personal data you can view previous orders placed via the AP store. If you have placed orders differently (e.g. via phone, e-mail), you can look for the order confirmation in your mailbox, or contact us at any time.
You are able to cancel your orders as long as we have not yet processed them. However, this happens very quickly within a very short period of time. We do our best to stop an order at your request. In order to meet our high standards in shipping, we have automated the order processes to a large extent. Please understand that for this reason, it is often no longer possible to cancel or change orders. For this purpose, it is best to contact us by phone, but you are also welcome to send us an e-mail or use the contact form.
You are able to change your delivery adress as long as we have not yet processed them. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible in order to prevent problems with the delivery.
After your order has been placed we send you a order confirmation with a summation of your ordered products to the e-mail adress you have provided
Yes, it is possible to order on any device. For example via your smart phone, tablet or PC.
We provide prepayment, Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, Paydirect and Paypal. In case you are paying via Paypal you additionally benefit from Paypal buyer protection.
Paypal is the world´s biggest online payment service. The registration is for free, it is free of charge, very easy and also quickly. In principle, you provide your bank account data and your e-mail adress on your Paypal account. For payment transactions, you identify yourself with your email address and can authorize payments with one click. This makes shopping a lot easier and comfortable.
Yes, for you as a customer, Paypal is absolutely for free. We will pay the transaction charges incurred.
You will receive the invoice within a short time by e-mail. The net and gross amounts are shown separately on the invoice.
With an existing customer-account, you can specify a different billing address from your regular billing address in the new order process. The billing address can be changed in the master data of your customer account. For subsequent changes to guest orders, it is best to contact us by phone.
Shipping costs and delivery
National shipping within Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs for international deliveries can be found in the shipping costs table on the following page:
Orders are processed within one day and ready for shipment.
The delivery time is a minimum of 1 working day and a maximum of 2 working days and depends on the time of the order. Your order will therefore reach you in 1-2 working days after shipment confirmation.
We ship our items via our logistic-partners DHL and DPD. We hope you understand that some items are only delivered by a certain service provider for legal reasons (e.g. hazardous goods via DPD).
Yes, of course. Simply select a different billing and shipping address in the order process on the way to checkout. Subsequent changes can only be made to a limited extent. In this case, please contact us immediately - preferably by phone.
