Can I return a product?
You can return your bought items from the AP Online Shop within 14 days of purchase. You can return all items of your order together or individually. A return is not possible if an item has been damaged after being opened, an item is customised (private label), or the packaging of a hygiene item has been opened and clearly used.
How can I return a product?
To return a product, you need a return label. Please make sure that the return has a sufficient postage.
If I want to return an item, do I have to pay the shipping costs?
AP provides free shipping for its customers within Germany. Our customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please send your return with sufficient postage to the sender address of the first delivery (outward shipping).
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you are able to exchange Items purchased through the AP Online Shop. But, the exchange of items depends on the availability of the desired product in the AP Shop. To do so, please contact our customer service at +49(0)(9429) 8 381.
How long does it take to process my refund?
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned items have arrived at AP's warehouse. It may take 5 to 7 days for the reimbusement to be credited to your bank-account.
