AP Hard Clay is a 2-component epoxy Clay. It offers versatile solutions for permanent repairs, modeling work, and structural applications. After mixing the two components, a moldable mass is created that is easy to work with and forms a heavy-duty, durable bond after curing.
The putty is moldable, sandable, millable, and paintable, making it ideal for crafts, repairs, and creative applications. Typical areas of application include material breakouts, anchor/dowel bonding, broken corners, as well as numerous other bonding and reconstruction tasks.
Optimal Processing
AP Hard Clay provides sufficient time for precise work and quick results. The compound has a working time of approximately 30 minutes, is mechanically machinable after approx. 120 minutes, and is fully cured after 24 hours. Curing even takes place underwater.

Hard Clay is suitable for almost all materials indoors and outdoors. Exceptions are PP, PE, PTFE, and silicone. The cured compound impresses with its high chemical and thermal resistance as well as long-term durability.

Around 50% of the formulation is based on natural and renewable raw materials. All ingredients were selected with a focus on the best possible physiological properties.
