- EXCELLENT ADHESION: the development of this adhesive lies in the plastic/metal bonding and is characterised by an extraordinary adhesion affinity.
- FAST PROCESSING: the pot life of the product is about 40 seconds (handling strength: 4 minutes, final strength: 24 hours). This minimises the application effort and reduces the service life of any fixing aids.
- VERSATILE & STURDY: The adhesive bonds all adhesive materials that have a solid surface (not adhesive: PE, PP, PTFE, silicone). The longevity of the adhesive bond is guaranteed due to very high resistance to moisture, temperature and chemicals.
- NON TOXIC CHEMICALS: the ingredients used are completely non-toxic and have the best physiological parameters. The smell is rated as low.

Instructions:
- Clean the bonding surface: An adhesive can only form its full adhesion on a dust- and grain-free surface. Ideally, a volatile solvent (acetone or ethanol) should be used for this purpose. If rubber is bonded or loose components (e.g. rust) are present, the surface should be roughened (sandpaper) before cleaning.
- Consider fixing the parts: To ensure the correct configuration of the bond, the parts should be fixed immediately after bonding. For this purpose, you can use, for example, an adhesive tape or holders.
- Adhesive application: Remove cartridge cap, attach the mixing tube and insert the punch for the cartridge (product picture 4). The first drop that comes out of the mixing tube should not be used, as the components may not been perfectly mixed yet. Alternatively, you can stir the components with a wooden spatula if all mixing tubes have already been used.
- Cure the adhesive: (reaction times can be seen in "Technical data”)
